4 goat brain
2 medium onions
1 large tomato
1 green chilli
Half cup green coriander
1 tablespoons dry fenugreek leaves
2 tablespoons ginger garlic
1 tablespoons ginger for garnish
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon all spices
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
